Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: CHF 9.00
  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 150.00

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: from approx. CHF 4.50–30.50 depending on parcel weight and destination.

International

International shipping rates are based on destination and parcel weight.

Approximate rates via PostPac International:

  • up to 2 kg: approx. CHF 36
  • up to 5 kg: approx. CHF 46
  • up to 10 kg: approx. CHF 52

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Moxie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
